Relaxing Coastal Breaks in Benllech

John was a great host for a great property. This apartment is ideal for exploring Anglesey. There are shops, restaurants & pubs of a good quality within walking distance of the property. It was clean and had everything we needed for making food. Thanks, Jordan

We found John's property very well appointed with everything you could need. It is in a good location with easy access to many places of interest and the property itself is beautifully presented, with many thoughtful touches (including a welcome pack of goodies as well as milk and bread). The beds were very comfortable and the lounge area sofa was too. We didn't eat out but there are shops locally that have most of what you might need, with larger ones not far away. Benllech has the most lovely beach. All in all a great stay in a lovely location.

We have just got home from the most wonderful getaway, and we cant wait to go back. Johns place is just like the photos if not better, and the views from the back windows are amazing. We were blessed with the best weather for our entire stay. John was a great host, quick to respond, and we were lucky enough to meet him. John was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation of a beach we didnt know much about, my 2 year old loved all the boats!! The local butchers over the road is definatly worth a visit too.The little welcome pack was a lovely added bonus. We will definitely be back.

A last minute break and it didn't disappoint! The apartment was lovely and very close to the beach. We walked along the beach in the evening and had some lovely food at The Tavern on the Bay ( about 20 mins walk) and also at The Boat House (about 40 mins walk). Next door to the boat house is the Ship Inn and we will try that next time ( both are at Red Wharf Bay). We also tried Pebbles resteraunt, right next door to the apartment and had a good meal. The butchers opposite has some fantastic BBQ foods, plus quality meat and home made pies . Our host, John was very accommodating and we appreciated the basket of bread, milk, butter crisps and chocs, to save us shopping on arrival.

We really enjoyed our short stay in this modern comfortable and stylish apartment in the heart of Benllech, just a few yards from shops, pubs and restaurants. Views over the bay were spectacular and a 10 minute walk got you to the beach which was sandy and extensive. The apartment provided an excellent base for exploring the island, so there was always plenty to do. John was responsive to our needs and always helpful. We would thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment.

This Airbnb is well worth the money! As soon as you step through the door you immediately feel like your home and the welcome pack was very appreciated and a thoughtful touch especially after the 6 hour drive. The place is immaculate and very cosy. We were lucky enough to be greeted by John and his beautiful dog and the communication was spot on. thank you John for letting us stay and for changing the weather so we had a dry hike for a change 🤣
